KillerChat is a social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter/X.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and connect your social media accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Connected Social Media Accounts

When you connect your social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.) to KillerChat, you authorize us to access and interact with those accounts on your behalf, including but not limited to:

• Reading your profile information
• Posting content on your behalf
• Accessing your videos and media
• Reading and responding to comments
• Sending direct messages (where applicable)

You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your accounts from KillerChat.

5. Account Risks & Automation

Important: Using automation features, including but not limited to automated DMs, scheduled posts, comment replies, and sequence workflows, may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.).

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Social media platforms may restrict, suspend, or permanently ban your account for using automation tools
• KillerChat is not responsible for any account restrictions, suspensions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms
• KillerChat is not responsible for any loss of followers, content, engagement, or revenue resulting from platform actions
• You use automation features at your own risk and discretion
• It is your responsibility to understand and comply with the terms of service of each platform you connect

While we implement rate limiting and safety measures to reduce risk, we cannot guarantee that your accounts will not be affected. By using these features, you accept full responsibility for any consequences to your connected accounts.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
